位於馬來西亞新山的 阿拉丁夢飯店 地址： 68 70&72, Jalan Lembah 19, 81750 馬西, 柔佛州。 這間飯店完全是災難，無敵糟糕，跟訂房網站上的照片完全不一樣，房間一進去就有股濃濃的黴味，地板髒到不敢赤腳走，床單上還有明顯的汙漬，甚至還有頭髮，浴室更是噁心，馬桶旁有黃垢，血塊？地板發黴，牆壁還有黑色印，看到都覺得噁心。隔音超差，裡面電梯也是很黏，完全沒人清潔，一進去感覺超級毛，我們馬上退房👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 他們網路上的照片看起來挺好的 整潔乾淨，但去到那根本就是髒到不行的房子，感覺就是詐騙。反映給櫃檯人員也只是敷衍了事，完全沒有要處理的意思。奉勸大家千萬不要去，必踩雷。 最後一張圖為訂房網站上的照片。

我預訂的房型跟拿到的房間不符合，我要求退房，過後給我免費升級了房間，剛拿到的房間臭，還有道門，別人燒開水説話都聽得見，沐浴水衹有一點害怕感冒。總之很差，再也不去了。

設施比較差可以過夜。就是兩個房間中間有隔一道門，隔音很差，如果對麵人吵簡直受不了。衹適合臨時休息一下

Honestly hotel amenities quite disappointed in term of providing drinking water,toiletries, coffee sachet etc which this all should be provided by hotel management as gift for their future customer even though some people might thinks this just a small thing besides that, the bedroom also a bit smelly as well as a space for prayer for Muslims is very limited. It is hoped that the hotel can improve the quality of hygiene and facilities so that people also are satisfied when they come here.

The front desk area was nice. Location was fine with lots of parking. The problem was that the room and bed were not really clean. The attached hair dryer was broken. The front desk person promised to bring a hair dryer but never did. Front desk hanged up my phone after ringing and I had to go down and request to use the hair dryer in another unused room. Suggest to bring own drinking water as they did not provide any.

There was cockroach on my bed at night. Tv remote was not working properly. Pipe was leaking in the bathroom. Finally there was stain on the blankets.
